Following the growing pains, broken taboos and tribulations
of Guiga a young middle class boy in Salvador, northen Brazil,
as his experiences unveil a world of revelations and strange
and beautiful discoveries.
Set in the turbulent period of the 1950's through to the 1970's,
days inspired by the sexual revolution, the hippy movement,
student mobilization and the nightmare of the military take-over.
We
follow him on a nostalgic journey remembering how he first
found friends, love, loss, pain and happiness. A story told
in the first person, human and uncensored, about this common
yet strange experience we call life.
